Home Appliance OEM & ODM
A home appliance OEM and ODM programme runs on breadth as much as on price: the buyer who sources kitchen appliances this year comes back for cleaning appliances, water treatment and personal care the next. We hold 1,203 models across fifteen appliance categories in one place, so a range can be built, branded and shipped without a new supplier conversation for every line. Read this page to see what each category actually covers, how deep it runs, and which specification decisions move your landed cost.

What the appliance range covers
We supply small and mid-sized home appliances for OEM and private label programmes. The range is organised into fifteen categories, each one holding between two and three hundred and fifty models — from air fryers and coffee machines, through air circulators and dehumidifiers, to water dispensers, garment steamers, grooming appliances and pet care units.
The categories are grouped by the buyer who buys them rather than by the technology inside them, because that is how purchasing is actually organised. A kitchen and dining buyer does not want to scroll past car vacuums; a home comfort buyer is not shopping for toothbrushes.
The fifteen categories, and how deep each one runs
Depth is the number that decides whether a programme is workable. A category with three hundred models lets you pick a specification close to your target price instead of re-tooling from scratch; a category with six means the range is specialised and the conversation is about development rather than selection.
- Kitchen and dining — preparation, cooking, hot drinks and small food appliances.
- Home comfort — air circulation, heating, humidification and air treatment.
- Cleaning and laundry — floor care, fabric care, steam and surface cleaning.
- Personal care and beauty — hair, skin, oral and body appliances.
- Water and purification — dispensers, pumps, pitchers, faucet units and purification.
- Specialist lines — mother and baby, pet care, car appliances, sterilisation and party appliances.
The supplier network behind the range
The models come out of the Cixi home appliance industrial belt in Zhejiang province — one of the densest concentrations of small appliance manufacturing in China. Working inside a single industrial belt is what makes fifteen categories possible at once: the moulders, motor makers, control board assemblers and packaging printers for a hair dryer and for a water pump are often in the same few square kilometres.
That location is also the reason we can quote a modification rather than only a catalogue item. If your market needs a different plug, a different voltage, a quieter motor or a smaller housing, the tooling and the component supply are within reach of the same programme.
Specification decisions that move the unit cost
Buyers often compare two quotations that differ mostly in decisions they did not know they were making. These are the ones that move the number most reliably, whichever category you are in:
| Decision | What it changes | Why it moves the price |
|---|---|---|
| Motor and pump class | Power, noise level and service life | A quieter, longer-life motor is the single specification that most often decides whether a product is kept or returned — and it is also the clearest step in cost |
| Housing and finish | Material, wall thickness, surface treatment | Gloss, matte, soft-touch and metal-look finishes are different processes, not different paint |
| Control interface | Mechanical dial, membrane keypad, touch, app | Each step adds a board, firmware and testing time |
| Battery platform | Cell grade, capacity, charge time, transport documentation | Cell grade affects both the unit cost and the shipping classification |
| Packaging | Retail box, insert, protection, master carton | Retail packaging built for e-commerce has to survive a drop test the plain carton never faces |
| Plug and voltage | Market-specific cord set and input range | A dedicated version costs tooling and a separate SKU; a switchable version costs flexibility and usually a little efficiency |
Voltage, plug type and compliance by market
Most of the range can be built for 110–120 V or 220–240 V, with the plug and cord set matched to the destination market. Where a market has a specific approval route, testing and documentation are arranged for that market rather than assumed from another one.
We will tell you plainly what documentation exists for a given model today and what has to be arranged — that distinction matters more than a general statement that everything is covered.
Private label branding across the range
Branding can be applied at the level of the product, the packaging or both. On the product that usually means a moulded or printed logo on the housing, a branded control panel or a custom colourway; on the packaging it means your artwork, your language, your barcode and your own carton specification.
Artwork proofs are produced before tooling so you can see the result on the actual unit rather than on a template. Samples are shipped before bulk production, and finished goods are photographed before they leave so you know what is on the pallet.
How an appliance order runs
A programme usually starts with one category and a target price, then widens once the first shipment lands. The sequence is the same whether you take one model or forty: agree the specification and the destination market, produce artwork proofs, build samples, confirm the sample, then run bulk with pre-shipment photographs.
Because all fifteen categories sit in the same network, adding the second and third category later costs a specification conversation rather than a supplier search.
Appliance sourcing questions buyers ask
Can I mix several appliance categories in one order?
Yes. Categories can be combined in a single shipment, and models from different categories can share one set of branding and one packaging language. Mixed orders are quoted as one programme, which is the main reason buyers consolidate with one supplier rather than spreading across several.
What is the minimum order for a private label appliance?
It depends on the category and on how much of the product you are changing. A colourway or a printed logo on an existing model is a different proposition from a new housing and a new control board. Tell us the model and the change, and you get a straight answer rather than a blanket figure.
Can the appliance be built for my market voltage and plug?
Yes. Most of the range can be produced for 110–120 V or 220–240 V with the plug and cord set for your destination market. Where the market has its own approval route, testing and documentation are arranged for that market.
Do you supply samples before bulk production?
Yes. A sample is shipped and confirmed before bulk runs. Artwork proofs come first so the branding and packaging are settled before anything is tooled.
How do I know what the finished goods look like before shipping?
Pre-shipment photographs of the finished goods are taken and sent before the shipment leaves. If a material is specified, a material certificate for that material is provided with the order.
Which categories are deepest if I want to build a full range?
Kitchen appliances, environmental appliances and cleaning appliances are the deepest, each with well over a hundred models and dozens of sub-categories. Water and purification, personal care and beauty are narrower but still deep enough to build a focused line.
If you are not sure which category fits the product you have in mind, describe it and we will point you at the closest existing model — or tell you that it needs development.
