Tooling to mass production
We do not hand you a file and walk away. Tooling is opened to the approved design, samples are validated, then production is run at the tooled line and managed through to the shipping documents.

Every market regulates mains-powered products differently. We work to the standard that applies where you are selling, and arrange certification for your order.

Models & product photography
Once the product exists it still has to sell. We cast professional models and shoot stills and vertical video for your listings and campaigns.

Certification depends on where you sell
A mains-powered appliance cleared for one market is not automatically cleared for the next. These are the schemes that normally apply — tell us your destination and we work to the standard that governs it.

How we work
There are two ways to place an order. Which one you use depends on whether the product already exists in our range or has to be built to your design. Both routes end the same way — an agreed quotation, a confirmed schedule, and pre-shipment photos before the order leaves.
Option 1
Order from the catalogue
For products already in our range. No tooling and no development cost — normally the fastest route to a first order.
- Build your RFQ. Go to the RFQ zone, enter a quantity against the products you are interested in and send it in one form.
- Quotation and freight. We come back with FOB pricing, MOQ, lead time, carton dimensions and container loading — and calculate freight through to your destination port.
- Confirm quantity and schedule. You confirm final quantities and the delivery date you need. We hold the production slot.
- Payment. Terms agreed in writing before production starts.
- Production and delivery. Pre-shipment photos before dispatch, then the shipping documents to your port.
Option 2
Build to your own design
For products that do not exist yet. There are two ways in, and from tooling onwards both follow the same path.
You have the idea, not the drawings
Tell us what the product does, who it is for and what it has to cost. Our design team develops it into a production-ready design and submits it for your approval.
- Design freeze. The final drawings are approved and released — either your own files after our review, or our design after your sign-off.
- Tooling. Molds are opened to the approved design.
- Sampling. Pre-production samples are made for your evaluation, with free artwork proofs for any branding.
- Testing. Function, safety and reliability are checked on the sample, and any issues are closed out before bulk production begins.
- Certification. Where your market requires it we work to the applicable standard and support the certification process for your destination country. Certification is arranged for your order and quoted separately.
- Mass production and delivery. Pre-shipment photos before dispatch.
Models & product photography
A product that exists still has to sell. Once your range is built we cast professional models and shoot the imagery your listings, marketplace pages and campaigns need — stills and vertical video, in China or in the market you are selling into.
Before you send an enquiry
The questions buyers ask us most often, answered plainly.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is shown on every product page and is normally one carton quantity, not a container. For a first trial order we can often work below it — tell us what you need and we will confirm.
How long does a quotation take?
We reply within one business day with FOB pricing, MOQ, lead time, carton dimensions and container loading. If you need freight to your port as well, say so in the enquiry and we include it.
Can you build to my own design?
Yes. Send drawings, 3D files or a physical sample and we review manufacturability, then quote tooling and unit cost. If you only have an idea, our design team develops it into a production-ready design for your approval.
Can I put my own brand and packaging on it?
Yes. Private label, custom packaging and artwork are standard. We provide a free artwork proof before bulk production so you can approve it first.
What about certification for my market?
Electrical products are regulated differently in every country. Tell us where you are selling, we work to the applicable standard, and arrange the certification your order needs — quoted separately.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed in writing before production starts, and confirmed with the quotation so there is nothing to renegotiate after the order is placed.
